About Wisdom’s Edge

In 2006, I sat across the table from the head of a publisher from London who had a marketing problem. His books were strong. His authors were thoughtful. But he needed a way to connect with readers beyond the spine of a single volume. I suggested something simple: publish a short e‑newsletter filled with practical articles drawn from the wisdom inside his books—clear, focused pieces that delivered immediate value and then pointed readers deeper.

He loved the idea. But he thought it was too risky for his reputation, so he didn’t want to do it.

So I did.

That’s how Wisdom’s Edge was born.

For five years, it quietly grew into a small but meaningful platform. The open rates were strong. Readers engaged. The articles were practical, grounded, and designed to help people apply biblical truth to everyday life. But I was a better writer than I was an entrepreneur. Eventually, without the infrastructure to sustain it, Wisdom’s Edge faded.

Now, nearly two decades later, it’s coming back to life.

But not alone.

Wisdom’s Edge now stands alongside its sister site, True Fantasy. If True Fantasy helps you see supernaturally—recovering the Bible as the supernatural revelation it claims to be—then Wisdom’s Edge exists to help you live supernaturally. Together, they form a single vision: to train believers to see reality as Scripture reveals it, and then to walk in that reality with courage and clarity.

For 35 years, I’ve worked as a professional writer, contributing to publications and leaders such as Success magazine, Zig Ziglar, Bruce Wilkinson, and Chuck Colson. I currently write for the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute and am the author of Make Mama Happy: Timeless Wisdom for Men Who Want an Extraordinary Marriage. Beyond writing, my wife Beth and I have served in addiction recovery ministry and at a pregnancy care center, and we now serve as domestic missionaries in Pickens County, Georgia. Theology must work on the ground. It must change real lives. So our local ministry is where all of this is lived out daily.

That’s the heartbeat of Wisdom’s Edge.

Our goal is not abstract doctrine. It is applied truth. We believe the supernatural claims of Scripture are not obstacles to modern life—they are the only solid foundation for it. When you learn to see that you are adopted, not enslaved… loved, not performing… guided, not abandoned… everything falls into place to live supernaturally.

True Fantasy helps you open your eyes to the Invisible.

Wisdom’s Edge helps you live like what you see is real.

And we believe that kind of vision can change a life.
